NTT Training is looking for a Coordinator with administrative responsibilities to work in the Product (Curriculum and Content) Department. This department is responsible for developing and implementing new and maintaining existing curriculum across all delivery media. This position reports directly to the Product Manager and provides administrative support to the multiple department on an as needed basis.
This position works in the Centennial office primarily on day shift, however with some pre-scheduled Shift 2 or Shift 3 activities to support webinar (live virtual) delivery.
H.S. diploma or equivalent.
Min. 1 year customer service or call center experience.
Prior administrative support experience.
Attention to detail but with a get it done mentality
Strong editing, proof-reading, and copy-editing skills
Ability to execute both short and long duration projects with sometimes changing directives
Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and organizational skills
